This film is based on an idea that Greg had about competing used car salesmen. There was a loose script with the scene description and then he had the actors improvise the lines using direction like "Ok, sell this car...Action!"
The film almost never happened. I was planning a trip back to Tallahassee and Greg was still there, so we decided to try and make this movie on one of the days. We called around to numerous car lots and no one was interested in helping us out, so we sort of wrote it off. Then, two days before I went back, Greg was getting a hair cut and the lady cutting his hair said her husband had a little car lot we could use. So we got the crew together (all friends) and grabbed whatever we had around the house (karate trophy and Hulk Hogan Thunder Mixer?) and shot this movie in a day.
You can see that by the end of the day we are a bit sun burned. I always liked that because it adds to the feel of a long day of selling used cars.
